By downloading or using TowRiver ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own recreational and planning purposes, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated here.
The App is an informational and trip-planning aid. It is not a navigational instrument and must not be used as a substitute for official navigational charts, U.S. Coast Guard Notices to Mariners, properly functioning onboard equipment, or sound mariner's judgment. Lock, traffic, chart, weather, and position information may be delayed, incomplete, approximate, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for the safe operation of your vessel.
The App and all data are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App or data will be accurate, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TowRiver and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of property, injury, or death, arising from your use of or reliance on the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
TowRiver Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices may change with notice.
The App incorporates public data from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NOAA, and the National Weather Service, and map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). These providers do not endorse or sponsor the App.
